After reboot, the computer went back to the first stage of the installation process, despite, the files are actually on the drive (clearly visible, based on the available space and content). There was no issue in selecting the SSD where to install, right after it is finished, it required a restart as an usual part of the process. After saving these options I started to install Windows 10. The problem is, in UEFI Boot mode the only BBS Priority is the UEFI USB Hard Disk Drive. Here I set up the right order to have UEFI Hard disk at the first place in the list.
